Hey sorry for the bad Christmas/food pun but I've had one too many bottles of Sapporo and Sake. Just came back from a stellar sushi dinner at Sushi Zo and I'm about to pass out. Anyway, I wanted to thank all the fellow LA foodbloggers and loyal readers for supporting my low-budget site. I've had a blast this year. I'm leaving for Hong Kong and Taiwan this week and have a plethora of food to eat and write about. Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year. Let's give it up for food!!! As always, thank you for reading. Regards, ED&BM.

You are such a loser!
Have fun in HK and Taiwan! Can't wait to see what weird food you eat there. =P

Happy Holidays...look forward to your Niu-Rou-Meinia! Have a great vacation.
Thank you everyone, eat lots and drink lots this x'mas. I will bring back tons of photos and be eating all walks of life.
Kirk... you beat the bad Hollandaise food pun haha. Niu Ro Meinia!!! hahaha.
btw, i know exactly where you posed for that pic--it's on haight street, right? i'm not sure if it's still called the same thing but that shop used to be called "Dino-store." I used to buy my new-waver/punk shoes (like creepers with skull buckles) from there in the 80's. Hanging out on the Haight back then was way cool (still is but in a completely different way)
Hey, I'm in HK right now, too! Just ate at Robuchon's L'Atelier that opened up at the Landmark in Central -- IMHO, the food is close to par, while the service needs serious improvement. Spoke with Chef Herve Guillame, and he says they're still training everyone.
May the many hordes of singing children and giordano salespeople bring you good tidings! Cheers.
happy kwanzaa man! eat some snake or something at the night markets. avoid the stinky tofu. get some proper wonton noodles in the former colony!!
have a good trip! yumm sushi zo~!
Happy holidays man!!! Miss you and J already! Come back home soon!!! :)
Cheers Dylan! Have a fantastic time on your trip - see you soon
DG, yeah it's the dinosaur shoe store on Haight Street. merry x'mas from our motherland!
SneakyPete, that's cool man. Last night I stalked the streets of HK for some good street food. I stuffed myself w/ stinky tofu, fried intestines and tea-marinated eggs. so good. i'm about to eat a nice piping how bowl of wonton mein. merry x'mas to you. speaking of giordano, i had to shop there... good deals. G2000/bossini too. so fobby but who cares if it looks ok.
Rameniac/Yoonz/Bola/Pinkberrywhore - merry x'mas to you all!
happy holidays to you! have a fantastic trip!
Have a wonderful trip and I'll be waiting to read all about it.
