Ohmigod! I would so totally use one of those! There's nothing I hate/love more than a mouthful of pho noodles that were holding a pocket of steam and suddenly burn my mouth to smitherines.
Hilarious! Now they need to invent something similar for bean burritos and chili, except it needs to hook up on your pants (and not your chopsticks) and fan away from the anus!
I love that book!
